The Governor is a Colonial Age politician in Age of Empires III. He's bonuses mainly focuses on strengthening borders and covering financial costs. He's available for the British, Spanish and Ottomans and becomes available for the French once their Home City is at level 50. The Governor provides the same bonus for them all which is an Outpost Wagon and 200 Coin .
