In Age of Empires, a Stealth Archer is a unit that can only be spawned by typing the cheat code "DARK RAIN." They start out with 75 hit points, no armor, 7 range and 10 attack. They can walk over water and, when not moving, turn into trees. It is recommended to type this code early in the game since their stats can be upgraded. However, if typed later into the Iron Age, the storage pit bonuses from the previous ages do not have an effect on them whatsoever. If played as the Hittite, the unit deals 11 damage instead of 10. If played as the Assyrians, the fire rate increases by 40%.

Tips: Train regular bowmen "available from Tool Age", when the code is used in the chatbox they will turn into stealth archers which will make them more expensive to train.
