Offshore Support is a home city card available only to the British, Ottoman and Aztec civilizations of Age of Empires III and The WarChiefs. It increases the attack rating of their warships and the range of their warships. It requires a level 40 home city. The Asian equivalent of the card is European Cannons.

Unlike the Asian equivalent, this card grants some ships slightly greater range (35 vs 34) than a culverin; tlaloc canoes, war canoes and frigates. Some units broadside attack will beat the culverin as well, most notably the privateer mercenary units. It will grant them significantly greater range than the artillery available to The WarChiefs and The Asian Dynasties civilizations (except the artillery inaccurate against a moving target, such as morutaru, etc).

Ottomans can send the card in the Industrial Age, while the British and Aztec can send it in the Colonial Age.
