The Grizzly Bear is a large carnivore Treasure Guardian that is featured in Age of Empires III. They have a size of about 8 feet, and are found in many North American maps along with it's smaller cousin the Black Bear.

Grizzly Bears are one of the hardest Treasure Guardians, second in the original game only to the Polar Bear, and, with Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties installed, the Lion and White Tiger. It takes a lot to kill them. In the Discovery Age, an Explorer will be able to kill one Grizzly Bear but will lose to multiple ones.
