Template:Infobox Building The Great Wall is a defensive structure in Age of Mythology: Tale of the Dragon. It is an upgraded version of the Fortified Wall and is exclusive to the Chinese. It is the strongest Wall available to them, and the toughest in the game, surpassing the Orichalkos Wall by 100, and the Citadel Wall by 200.

History

Their main purpose was to protect the states of China against nomadic raids and invasions from the Eurasian Steppe. As the walls were made of various materials including stone, brick, wood, and earth, and had to withstand both the test of time and numerous hostilities, the Great Wall had to continue to be rebuilt and enhanced for centuries.	”

The Great Wall is based on the real world Great Wall of China.
With the Earthen Wall and Great Wall technologies' inclusion, the Chinese are tied with the Atlanteans for having the most Wall technologies available.
