Unique Units: Chariot, Chariot Archer

The Egyptians are a good civilization to play because they are very useful during the last two ages, the Bronze and Iron Age.

The Egyptian economy is wonderful because it is quickly built. The villagers can collect gold faster and carry more of it, too. The Egyptians also have the most Market technologies.

The Egyptians Chariots and the Chariot Archers are the strongest of any civilization because they have +33 % hitpoints. Sadly the Egyptians have a poor infantry. They only have the Short Swordsmen which lacks an armor piercing ability and the Slingers, effective with most Iron Age upgrades, but no Siegecraft and no extra shielding, they only have the Stone Throwers for siege weapons, and their Academy is also bad, with the usual Hoplite. The good thing is that Chariots makes up for this. The Egytian archery is has a full range of ranged infantry, and has access to all armor technologies. The Egyptian Navy is not that useful, but may still be able to hold it's one in a battle. The Egyptians also were the best at killing the Scythe Chariots.

The Egyptians are able to craft some of the best towers, and fortifications in game.

In religion the Egyptians have Priests who have a long +3 range and all of the Temple technologies are available.
