The Earth Gift Ceremony is a technology in Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs, available at the Plantation for Native Americans.
With this technology, Villagers gather coin 20% faster from both mines and plantations. It's therefore important for Native Americans to build a plantation somewhat early, even if they're still gathering from mines.
