|Description||Summons an Earth Dragon.|
"I know the path to what you seek. I will guide you."—Dilong to Jiao-Long after being summoned.
The Earth Dragon is a Chinese god power in Age of Mythology:Tale of the Dragon. It is available to Nü Wa and Shennong players who worship Xi Wangmu in the Mythic Age. When cast, the immense Earth Dragon emerges from the Earth's crust to attack enemies within its range. The Earth Dragon has the highest number of hit points of any non-Titan unit, a title previously held by Nidhogg, the Norse dragon.
Like most of Atlantean god powers, the Earth Dragon god power has 3 charges, with a recharge time of 180 seconds.
It is not recommended to use Earth Dragon defensively as it is a stationary unit, similar to the Atlantean Carnivora, and can be overtaken by ranged units or avoided altogether by simply keeping one's distance from it. Instead, it should be cast within an important enemy town so that it can attack both enemy units and buildings. Earth Dragon has enough bulk to take out a Town Center even when taking damage from nearby towers and Castle-type buildings. The dragon's fire breath deals splash damage, meaning it can damage several targets at once. Players shouldn't hesitate to summon the Earth Dragon in an area where it will take lots of damage as it will return underground after three minutes anyway. Since this God Power can be used three times, it is an efficient means to deal tremendous damage to multiple enemy towns. Players should only use Earth Dragon defensively as a last resort, such as when they need to defend an important town and don't have enough units readily available to counterattack.

Dilong, or also known as the heavenly Earth Dragon, was considered terrestrial and believed to be the guardian of rivers and water ways. Some legends also depict the Earth Dragon as the female counterpart of the spiritual Dragon -Shenlong. According to these, the Earth Dragon would only fly with the purpose to mate.
The Earth Dragon Dilong appears in the Trapped scenario of the Tale of the Dragon campaign where he is summoned by Zhi to lead Jiao-Long and Shun to the Underworld. He can then be summoned in the following scenario, Confrontation, to help defeat Danzhu's army of 200 men.
- This god power may suffer from a glitch that prevents some melee units from attacking the dragon.
