Strategy
Edit
Artemis increases the stats of ranged units. Archers gain increased attack and Triremes gain increased armor. Her Myth Unit, the Chimera, is very powerful and can attack multiple units at a time. Her God Power, Earthquake, is incredibly powerful and can turn the tide of a battle. Earthquake does massive damage to buildings and is capable of competely leveling an enemy city, destroying their economy and preventing additional units from being trained.
God Power
Edit
- Earthquake: The reverberations caused by Earthquake deal massive amounts of damage to all buildings in the target area, but little to human units.
Technologies
Edit
- Flames of Typhon: Chimerae have +30% attack, +20% hitpoints, special attack does 30% more damage
- Shafted Plage: Archers have +15% attack
- Trierarch: Triremes have -20% crush damage vulnerability
Myth Unit
Edit
- Chimera: The Chimera is an expensive unit with high attack parameters but low defense. Its special attack is a fan of flames that hit every unit in front of it.
Overview
Edit
The goddess of the hunt and the protector of children, she is often seen with her bow and with wild animals, or wandering in the woods accompanied by nymphs. She and her twin brother, Apollo, were children of Zeus and the Titan Leto. Artermis was said to be aloof and free-spirited, free of husband and home, and forever a virgin. She exacts complete and deadly retribution for those who transgressed against the gods or herself. She turned the hunter Actaeon into a stag that was torn apart by his own hunting dos, all for accidentally seeing her bathing. She was also believe to be responsible for the deaths of women in childbirth.
