The Aztecs are one of the 3 Civilizations added in The Warchiefs Expansion Pack. Most of their military units are unique to them, with the exception of Canoes and War canoes. All of the Aztec army is composed by infantry. They can build the Noble's Hut which acts as a Blockhouse or a War Hut, but with much longer range.

Like the Age of Empires II: The Conquerors the Aztecs lacks of Cavalry units, but also they lack of artillery units, that other native civilizations have access. To make up for this the Aztec also have specialized infantry units that fulfill similar roles. The Arrow Knight which range is the best of all archers especially design to tear down buildings. June 10, 2009: AoE III Patches Released: The new patches have been released by Robot Entertainment and if you connect to ESO your game will auto-download them. If you wish to download them directly go to Age of Empires Official Page.

April 5, 2009: Today the Age of Empires Wiki has achieved the milestone of 600 articles. Rise of Rome being that 600 articles.
